The small town of Smithers is home to around 6,000 residents, with the nearby town Telkwa also having a small population of 2,000. Whether it is summer or winter there are always fun activities for everyone.
Smithers is well known for its fishing and hunting, downhill skiing, golfing, snowmobiling and hiking trails. The amenities that we have to offer include and are not limited too; a regional airport, recreation center and a superb Ski Hill. With the beautiful Hudson Bay Mountain and surrounding scenery who wouldn’t want to come visit Smithers!

In the summer time there are many activitites to do including; Hiking, going on a scenic tours, Spending a day at the lake, going downtown to Main Street and having a look at our local stores, golfing, going for a relaxing trail ride and river rafting down the Bulkley Valley River.
